The game starts with the ambulance sound, you're ready. You pull out into the street, racing to the scene of an accident. Every second counts. As you pull up to the scene, you hear someone cry for help. You jump out of the ambulance and run to help.

You assess the situation and begin to treat the injured. There's blood everywhere. You do your best to stop the bleeding and help the victim breathe. Suddenly, you hear another ambulance sound. You know you need to leave now.

You finish up what you can and head to the next scene. This is your life. This is what you do. You're an emergency medical technician (EMT).
